FAQs
How long will it take you to process a refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email and begin processing your refund.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your original payment method and bank.
Please keep in mind that once the refund has been issued on our side, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account (this part is handled by your payment provider).
If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days from the date of confirmation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and the name of the courier service we’ve used.
Simply click the tracking link in the email (or copy the tracking number into the courier’s website) to get real-time updates on your parcel’s journey.
Please allow a short time for the tracking information to update after dispatch, sometimes the courier may take several hours to scan your parcel into their system.
If you haven’t received your tracking information or your parcel seems delayed, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Something is missing from my order
All of our orders are carefully inspected and recorded before dispatch, so nothing should ever be missing from your parcel.
If it seems like something isn’t there, we kindly ask that you double-check the packaging — especially inside folded garments or protective wrapping — as items are often packed together for safety.
Every order is fully checked, counted and recorded before shipment, so once it has left our premises we cannot resend missing items.
If you still believe there has been an issue, please contact us with your order number and we’ll review the packing footage and get back to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation before your order has been shipped. Changes are only possible if the new item is of equal value and you cover any shipping costs. The original item must be returned to us and inspected to ensure it hasn’t been worn, damaged, or exposed to scents before we send out the replacement. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
