DripHive Returns Policy

At DripHive, we aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your item, we are happy to accept returns provided certain conditions are met. Before initiating a return, please contact us at driphiveuk@gmail.com or send us a direct message on Instagram at @driphiveuk. Our team will guide you through the return process and address any concerns you may have.

Returns must be requested and the item(s) shipped back within 14 calendar days of the date you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use, including makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage. All original tags and packaging must still be attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without a refund.

Please note that any items purchased from our ‘Clearance’ section are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

DripHive does not cover return postage. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we are not liable for any items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. If a return parcel is lost and no tracking is available, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Once we receive your return and it has been inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must include either a printed copy of your order confirmation or a written note clearly stating your full name, order number, reason for return, and your contact information. Failure to include these details may delay processing of your return.
